Refund policy

We have a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn/unused, with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at wearmstyle@gmail.com to request a return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom / personalized products or special orders

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.

  • If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
